If theres no woodwotk and just the walls a rough figure would be in around the £600-£700 mark depending on area

You say rough cast, is it already white, how rough is it? as It may well need 2 coats .If its not to rough then £1000 should cover it including paint

Blimey I just had a 3 story painted on rendered wall and all woodwork done for £500 .
My advice ask around you may find the quotes vary by a large amount.

I supplied paint for walls ..not woodwork though
