Ordered on 15th April, no email to confirm order. Payment went through Paypal successfully. No emails from them just ones plugging their great offers..... I emailed - no response so called the 0845 number to get a long wait and then a rather fed up sounding lady who was actually a bit snappy, was told I only get an email when the item is despatched and they have no idea when it will be despatched.... they took my money the day after I ordered!!! I ordered a cold frame at this rate I wont need it! :wall:....taking one day at a time, its all we can do!0

I'd be wary of this company...lots of bad comments on their Facebook page about late deliverys etc. and have recently orded an item from them which differs slightly to the image displayed on the website... **just a heads up** Hopefully most orders have no issues!0

The potting table I ordered took 4 weeks to arrive. Despite an email saying I could track it there is no tracking information so its pot luck when it comes.
It had my triangular growing canes selotaped to the side meaning they were all bent. The box on the canvas planters was sealed so badly that you could see the items inside. Then I opened the potting table only to find the screws had been put in so near the edge it had split all the wood.
I phoned (0845 number and a flipping queue) they said a replacement would be expressed to me. Yes right, I had to telephone again after another week. No apology given just an attitude so I cancelled it and asked them to pick up the rubbish one. They then did so and I am still waiting for my refund. To top it off a bl$$dy replacement one has just been delivered (which I refused) so I guess I will have to phone them again to ask for my refund.
Shocking service AVOIDLife is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0
