It worked in the end , was going to give up so would have saved me from spending BUT I love the garden stuff I ordered & Grandchild number 2 is on his or her way next week so have visions of a lovely summer sitting out in the garden with the family ( sipping a Pimms perhaps? )

Have ordered from them a few days ago and received a despatch confirmation email today... its good they give free delivery on orders over £29..

have ordered heavy bags of compost, and other heavy goods which would be a nightmare for me to get to my house as i have no car! So far so good...

I ordered on 10th April - Exactly 2 weeks ago & have not received my order , had a dispatch e-mail or heard ANYTHING from them!

Have chased them up today but am not a happy bunny as am REALLY looking forward to getting the lovely stuff I ordered ( A while back now!! )

Not sure how good they are in getting back to people , will probably have to end up ringing their 0845 number @ 10p a minute for me :(

I think you may get a better response on FB if your a member as there were comments of 'wheres my order?' when i looked and they seemed to reply quickly...bad publicity and all that, worth a shot and very MSE..its free

I too ordered on the 10th and have heard nothing. I emailed, but got no response, so phoned today to be told they couldn't tell me when my delivery would be sent, but it would 'probably' not be with me for another 3 weeks. I'd ordered something for a birthday present and it would be of no use to me by then, so have had to cancel my order. Really annoyed as I now gave 5 days to find another suitable gift, would have been helpful if they had made me aware if the delay before now.

Good thing none of mine were gifts but was just eager to receive the stuff just to SEE it & imagine it in situ as it is actually all for my new house / garden

I wrote on their Facebook page already - Very POLITELY so lets hope I get a response at least otherwise it won't be so polite next time! lol

At least LET US KNOW THE STATUS OF OUR ORDERS rather than leave us in some sort of blind hope!

This is the 3rd time I've ordered from them too and the first time I've had a problem. I think they may need to invest in a few more staff now when they have such big sales on!
