PPI help needed - Egg loan

Hi,
I'm fairly new to all this so hoping someone maybe able to help.
My brother recently got contacted by Tesco finance to advise he'd been miss-sold PPI on a load and he's currently in the process of claiming the money back.
This got me thinking about a couple of loans I've took out in 2005 and when i checked the paperwork for my Egg loan, it has PPI included on it.
Having read through the paperwork, it's worded as though I selected PPI but I can't think that I did and unfortunately I don't have a copy of the signed agreement - I have a copy of an unsigned agreement.
When I took the loan out I was experiencing a bit of money trouble having graduated from uni in the summer and only just starting my first real job and the loan was taken out to cover a credit card balance - so I really can't think that I would have opted in for PPI but I can't be 100% sure
So my question is - is it still worth logging a complaint??
Any help would be most appreciated
Thanks x

Hi and welcome
Yes I would do so with the reasons you have.
It may have been a case that the ppi was self ticked for as well, so not ticked by yourself, but for whatever reasons you have, give it a go by just completing the reclaim questionnaire below, also check the list of other reasons that may have applied to you, so that nothing is missed, details below too.
Remember to keep copies of the reclaiming questionnaire too, good luck.
