Prize tickets are valid on Lufthansa operated flights only.
· All flights are subject to availability.
· The tickets include all flight taxes and charges.
· There are no cash or other alternatives.
· Winners are responsible for any tax liability accrued as a result of this prize.
· All other costs are the responsibility of the passenger. Travel insurance, spending money and transfers to and from the airports are not included. We recommend that passengers obtain their own insurance.
· Tickets are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
· Bookings must be made a minimum of two weeks before the proposed date of travel but not earlier than three months before departure.
· All tickets to be issued and travel completed by 31 March 2013.
· In the unlikely event that passengers are downgraded or offloaded due to high load factors, they will be responsible for any costs incurred and Lufthansa will not be held responsible.

The winner will be drawn at random by an independent observer.
The winner will be contacted either by phone, email or in writing within 2 weeks of the closing date. The prize must be accepted within 14 days of the date of notification, in the event of non- acceptance within the specified period the prize awarded will be re-allocated to the next randomly drawn valid entry.
