Perky definitely has the hots for you, notts_phil. He was even talking about taking you up the allotment.
The thread decended into farce when it became clear that pnotperkyson1750 had boxed himself into a corner - he could not dive in to defend Perky without revealing who he clearly is.

You are right, of course a username can be used by more than one individual if they share the password. I thought it was Perky because of his reference to attending a CPS hearing; and when I wound him up by saying I had sued CPS he immediately "bit", the only way he would know for sure it was a wind-up was if he IS CPS.
He certainly seemed to have an obsession about notts-phil, though his posts where he said that are now gone.0 -

Maybe he is Perky or maybe not. Maybe he is an associate like Perky's even dumber mate Scotty. As GTFA says he has told us that he was "with Perky" and a DJ at a Combined Parking Solutions court hearing, with a ridiculous explanation for being there.
Further he fancies his knowledge of court process, but in fact knows very little, a talent he shares with the other buffoon. He is given to insults against other posters and explosions of rage just like the other toerag. He also immediately sprang into action when I referred to the recent Perky defeat, just like he did with GTFA.
Obsession with opposing posters is another defining Perky trait. I have had charming messages from him in the past, declaring his love. The bozo is so deluded as to think I would give two hoots about what he says.0
