PrtSc (Print Screen) not working on my PC

The PrtSc is not working on my pc. Anyone know why? I have Win7 (64 bit version) and IE9. Nothing happens when I press it and no image is saved - do I need to change the settings?
On a related note, tried to do a "Save Picture As" of an item for sale on ebay recently and when I pressed right click, the option to do this was not available. Is this my pc again or a recent change to ebay?

You of course know that the PrtSc key hasn't actually printed the screen since the days of DOS, but puts the image on the clipboard for you to paste it into whatever program will accept it, say Word or a graphics program like Paint?
Are you saying that this doesn't happen for you? I have no problem with this function on Win 7 Pro 64-bit...0 -
There is no option to 'Save Picture As' from the listing itself. Click the listing image first (to enlarge it) and the option should now be available.How do I add a signature?0
