Seems to be a problem with the link/website as after I have entered all my details, got a selection of tariffs to switch to I press the 'apply online' button to be taken to a screen saying there is a technical error! Happened yesterday & this morning!

If it continues to happen then you should use moneysupermarket's complaints/feedback form.
It's possible any website problems won't be resolved until after the Easter week-end.
