• The prizes must be availed of in full before September 30th 2012. Failure to do this will mean prizes are forfeited.
• Jack Murphy products chosen as part of prize are subject to availability. Whereupon a particular requested item is unavailable an item of similar value will be offered as a substitute.
• Prizes must be redeemed with Jack Murphy product and cash will not be offered in lieu of prizes.
• Whereupon prizes are not fully redeemed by September 30th we are not in a position to offer cash or credit for the balance of the prize.
• Competition Codes must be entered exactly as they appear in the advert or newsletter; erroneous codes will not be accepted.
• Competition is closed to employees and third party agencies of Jack Murphy and their families.
• Only one entry per person will be considered.

T&Cs only state when the prize should be redeemed but not when the competition closes. Have guessed the end of April as competition end.
