We went to Orlando for a holiday, returning today. Dropping the car off with BCP (according to reviews, one of the most reliable Gatwick parking companies) was an absolute breeze.
However, returning today, was met as expected, only to find that there were no less than 5 separate dents/scratches on my car (one down to metal) which were not there before (and fortunately this is backed up by their initial examination notes from when they took the car from me.)
The duty manager who examined the car was very courteous, but tried to intimate already that some of the damage would probably not be covered! They are now going to contact me in the next 2 weeks....
Very frustrated. Any advice from anyone?

You shoudl be able to claim against BCPs insurance for any damage. An article on Watchdog a couple of days ago mentioned similar cases but a lot worse!! If I were you, I would mention the programme which they probably already know about and then drop some hints that you may contact them too. That'll push them in the right direction.
My suggestion when using companies like this is to take some digital pics of your car beforehand just incase you need to prove to a company that the damage was done while you were away.If you found my comment helpful, please click the 'Thanks' button below :T0
