This may have been posted before, I don't come here very often, but in case it hasn't it is a very interesting and succinct read!

    Many thanks! :T

We had seen it but not the outcome letter cancelling the fake pcn!

Do not ignore a private parking ticket - from 2013 onwards things changed in England/Wales. If yours is Parking Eye then they are suing people and so are some other PPCs.

You must appeal and with current forum advice, you will win at popla - we win 100% of appeals in 2014.

Please click to page one of the forum, get off this old thread. See my signature below for where to click to read current advice. Please read the NEWBIES thread at the top of this very forum.

Did I say STOP reading this ancient thread, NOW??!!
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD

I can't help thinking that he really ought to have offered the due payment in "full and final settlement".
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
  • Looks like 'George Murray' was having some kind of fit as he signed it....

    But who is George Murray?

Are Creative Parking Solutions registered with the ICO?

Does their website comply with the eCommerce Regulations?

Does their paperwork comply with the Business Names Act?

What exactly is the legal status of CPS? Is it a trading title?

And where exactly are they based? Another company, with a not entirely dissimilar name - Web Based Solutions - are actually based at Suite 8. CPS's telephone number was previously used by another local business that had links in the Georgeham area north of Braunton. Coincidentally, it is the same area that the registrant of creativeparkingcolutions.co.uk gave their postcode for.
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com
