I've been trying since 1.10 am. I completed the survey in a few minutes, then completed my details and have been trying for ages to get the cryptic words to enter to allow me to submit my application. Some of the words with the black mark behind it are really hard to read. I must have tried over 25 times. Some of the ones where I was certain of what the letters were still was not accepted. I've even tried missing out the space between the words. I think I'm about to give up. Thanks for the reminder, OP and I hope some of you have success. Maybe a little blip on their system and might work better later on Sunday.
Update: It was my fault all along! I went back to check and scrolled up and realised there was a message beside my telephone number on the entry form.
