Windows System Error - what to do?

I've had a few problems but managed to fix some. I could not get into my bank account after entering some of the login details. This problem remains and I get the following notice: There is a problem, Windows System Error" Does anyone know where I will find the best advice for getting rid of this ??

Is that all it says? Doesn't really seem to me like a "proper" Windows error message...

Have you run Malwarebytes recently, to see if you've caught something?

Not too much information to go on?
I would stop putting personal details in, I would back up all the documents you deem to be important such as photos etc.. And then do a system restore using your system restore disk or the restore on your machine, as this does sound like a malware.

Whenever there are issues like that and you are not tech savvy always do a restore cheapest way to fix problems and start a fresh. But it is a pain if you have a lot of programs installed because you will need to re-install everything.

You can try one more thing now that i think about it, Download chrome or firefox and then rapport software(online protection system from the banks) and see if that works?
    ewwwww what is that...

Oh please don't download Rapport - 'check out' all the howls of pain throughout the internet from the many people who have installed it, and regretted it...

    Rapport is itself spyware.

Great, now i have to uninstall it everywhere.

Does it not provide safe encryption passage to your banks. Reduces your chances of details being exposed to potential hackers and software keyloggers.
