I have always used Economy Car Hire when in the Algarve

Prices are all inclusive insurance so no excess to pay and also include extra driver.

Basically the price they quote is all inclusive not like various other companies

I second Economy Car Hire.
They offer a very hassle free service and we always go with them.
Once we forgot our driving licence, and on another occasion booked the wrong dates. Both times they sorted out the problem quickly, with minimal fuss.
Seem to offer the best prices also, although I don't check anymore (not very MSE of me, but I have that much faith in them).

We have used them twice, once in Portugal. Their prices were competitive and their customer service was very good.

Just booked through Economy Car Hire for June.
Free car seats, extra driver and border crossing into Spain absolutely swings it.
