i keep getting the above message when trying to look at some web pages...

they are a reputable source - how do i please gain access?

i have managed from work - but i need more than a 10 minute break to have a look at them...

If you have no script it blocks a lot things on a lot of pages by default.

You will either see a box with options in the bottom right hand corner, and or a Blue circle with a Red circle over it, with a line through it at the top of the browser, click either of those, then click to temporarily allow the page you are on. You can also click to temporarily allow all on the page you are on.

If it is a box which pops up, untick the box and you should be allowed to gain access then

The message you're seeing is part of the prompt to update Flash Player. It is displayed when the version of Flash Player being used is older than the version required by the web page. It may also be displayed if you have Javascript disabled.


Try the same sites using a different browser to see if you get the same result.
