14" Laptops

I am after a new laptop but one with a 14" screen. The large propotion of laptops i have seen are over 15" which i find too big.

    I think you're going to struggle as the 14" screens are over twice the price of the common 15.6" ones making them more expensive to build.

    I went even smaller for portability and got an HP DM1 with 11.6" screen. It's a "proper" laptop rather than a netbook, and was good value at £270 back in February, though that offer has ended (for now).

    That is a bit too small and also does not have a built in disc drive.
