Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.

1. By entering the draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Closing date for receipt of prize draw entries is midnight on 30 April 2012. The winner will be notified by email or telephone 14 days after the draw. The draw will take place in front of an independent observer. The competition will be redrawn if the winner cannot be contacted after 21 days.
3. The prize must be booked through Element London Ltd. The prize is subject to availability at the time of redemption. Concepts detailed are the property of Element London Ltd.
4. Prize consists of Two (2) x return economy flights from London to Prague. Return private airport transfers in Prague, Two (2) nights' luxury accommodation at the 1 bedroom Glass Rooftop Apartment in Prague; Daily breakfast; One (1) x Scenic afternoon river cruise; Travel insurance for 2; Flights are available from London airports only, subject to available departures; Accommodation of an equal or greater standard will be offered if stated is unavailable; Cruise based on set departure times.
5. Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; any necessary visas are responsibility of winner and guest.
6. Travel insurance is available for winner and guest under the age of 65 and excludes pre-existing medical conditions.
7. Prize arrangements must be completed by 31 January 2013. Once booked the dates the prize can be taken cannot be amended. Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or school holidays.
8. Entrants must be over the age of 18, resident in the UK.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and nonrefundable; No cash alternative is available; Personal expenses are not included; travel to and from the domestic airport is not included; The prize does not include any meals or spending money outside of those stated; Prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
10. No correspondence will be entered into concerning the result of the draw. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a self-addressed envelope marked 'Volkswagen Tiguan Prague prize draw' to Proximity London, 191 Old Marylebone Road, London NW1 5DW after the draw date.
11. No employees or suppliers (or any member of their families) of the promoter, its retailer network and associated companies may take part in the prize draw.
12. One entry per household.
13. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the winner in future promotions and prize draws.
14. The winner's details will be passed to Element London Ltd to make their travel arrangements. Both the winner and their guest must co-operate fully with the Promoter and their agents in making arrangements. Failure to do so may render the prize void.
15. No liability can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in the post.
16. It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that the contact details they provide are accurate for the duration of the promotion.
17. No purchase necessary.
18. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any personal items or baggage lost or stolen.
19. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
