how do i import i /exp cookies to mozilla ?

in Techie Stuff
i have imported i /exp favourites to mozilla - but have to log in for all forums and install plug ins - so how do i import i /exp cookies to mozilla (done it before for friend and cant recall now)

thanks - but unfortunately that is far far too complicated for me - finding it impossible to follow awkward drag instructions0

Hi, again,
don't have mozilla, so haven't tried installing this add on, though to drag, just click on button/icon, keep finger down and move mouse to where you want and release finger to drop, that's it drag and drop. :T0 -
