    Was it this address?.
    HSBC, Regulated Sales Complaints
    120 Redcliff Quay,
    Redcliff Street,
    Bristol,
    BS1 6HU

If it was then give them a ring and ask if they received your complaint.

No, if you've sent it to the address Amersall posted above then that is already the correct one.
Did you sent your letter by recorded delivery? If so, use the Post Office Tracker to see if it was definitely received.
Hopefully, you'll get an acknowledgement letter shortly. Do bear in mind the two Bank Holidays either side of this weekend.
  • It took approx 4 weeks for HSBC to confirm they had received my initial letter and tell me it would take up to a total of approx 8 weeks before they could provide me with an answer.

I had my payout letter on Thursday last week for over £12,000 and they went back approx 11yrs for a graduate loan I had taken out and had rehashed it 5 times in that timespan. I was stunned to say the least.

Hang in there. The address I corresponded with was called Regulated Sales Complaints in Bristol for HSBC, as Amersall posted above

Keep posting as to how you get on.

Although not the correct address, I feel sure it will have been forwarded. Don't send again just yet I think...
