Halifax, 16 and 17 year olds - how long does the card take?

Hi regular saver, I did mention that they have both had websavers for 4 or 5 years, 2 each, one account each with a card to get money out of cashpoints, it was only my daughters account we were asked to apply olnline (the teller was very nice), my son's - we applied online as we knew this was the correct way to proceed.
Hi Kilty -yes I know they both received cheque books although neither of them need one at the moment.

I wish I could find something stating you can get a cheque book, I'd go to my branch and kick up a fuss.

I really could do with one for one of my accounts, enough that I'm considering moving it to LTSB.

Kilty I can't see anything on the website but it was certainly an option with the online application
