Prize draw terms and conditions
1. You can enter if you are a UK resident (including the Channel Islands), aged 16+, unless you’re an Immediate Media Company employee or connected with the promotion. By entering, you agree to these rules. 2. We will not publish your personal details or provide them to anyone without your permission. 3. Only one entry permitted per person. Entries made in bulk or by third parties are prohibited. 4. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random after the closing time. 5. The prize is a £50 Garden Gift voucher. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable. Our decision as to the winner is final. 6. Winner will be notified within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner does not claim their prize within one calendar month of notification, we will draw again for a new winner. 7. The winner's name can be obtained by sending an SAE to Gardeners' World, MC2D1, Media Centre, 201 Wood Lane, London, W12 7TQ within six weeks of the closing date. 8. Entries received after 11pm on Wednesday 30th April 2012 will not be considered. 9. We reserve the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion at our discretion.
