I have never had to criticise JL before..........great customer service but not this time.
I bought an item sun 12st apr online. Said 5 day standard delivery.
Now i thought GF on the 5th day.....might be dodgy......but no - duly told by JL online delivery on 5th.
Didnt arrive.....rang.........told still at depot.........ring 6th as Hermes defo delivering GF but not sat, sun or BHM.
Rang 6th.........yep on van for delivery today. Nothing..........rang.......told nope no delivery today.........it'll be tues 10th......but was tod it would be delivered today........oh yes well the office is closed at Hermes but they are delivering!!! Then told ring tomorrow as they work until 12!
I have to add i have received no email or tracking order which makes me suspicious.
Now before anyone says dont be unresonable..........i want to say if it was stated delivery on 1oth from the start it would have been disappointing but ok.....but they didnt & after 2 days of waiting in there is still no package or definitive answer.
I am resigned to waiting until the 10th but wondered if anyone had any advice on complaints & if so is it to JL online or Hermes.It does seem a comedy of errors & after 4 conversations at JL cust services no 1 told the same story!

I would send a polite email to JL.
