Digital Camera Recommendation please

Hi

My daughter would like a digital camera for her birthday (13)

I would like a reasonably simple, easy to use one (point and shoot) for her around £120-£180 if possible.

I have taken a look at Amazon, Argos etc and blinded by choice!!

I no nothing about cameras, but she has mentioned she would like one with a continuous shoot feature (if that is in my price bracket!)

Any recommendations would be gratefully received.

I upgraded to a Panasonic lumix TZ7 ( 10 Mp) a couple of years ago, it was a couple of hundred quid then but i'm sure amazon have got the TZ8 (12mp) for just under £150 at the moment. As for my camera, i've never had any problems with it and have found it easy to use - even my mum finds it easy to use!

The Canon Ixus 115 HS is highly regarded in reviews and by users ratings. It can be bought for £80-£90 nowadays but was originally about £100 more if memory serves me right.

I bought one for my wife last christmas and she has been more than delighted with it and the pics it produces.
