Inkraider.co.uk (also Gradient Ink) - I recently ordered my ink cartridges through them online and have done in the past. I have waited 4 weeks for the cartridges to arrive. I emailed them a week ago - no response. I rang them today and they have told me they NEVER check the email address given on the site as they haven't worked out a way to get rid of the junk email!! They refuse to give an alternative email and their phone lines are only open between 10am and 5pm. I have now got to write to them before they will resend my missing cartridges.
So in view of their poor communication (no email confirmation of ordering or shipping either) I will avoid in the future.
