• Report this to Action Fraud - I have a case number for themto look into my complaint
• Hi

Yeah - me too. My delivery date was yesterday with DHL. I have reported them to a site called "Action Fraud! - I am not alowed to put the link up (Moneysaving rules).
There is a lengthy form to complete with transaction detils etc - took me about 40 mins, lots of questions but I felt it may help others. DOJO have told me that if I send them my passport details - still - they will refund me. They say they need proof - I have advised they send a money order tomy local police station or my solicitor!!!

I know how you feel - it was too good to be true....

Will get onto this site to see if they can get involved. The more bad publicity they get the better. Just do not want other people ripped off by these pond life! I'm mad with myself. Thinking that the Police and trading standards may be a waste of time???

Best of look everyone,

Kevin:)

Just to get a refund they are also asking for personal info, I am really p****d off as I paid a lot of money and was really looking forward to it. Delivery date is expected for tomorrow but there is no TV to deliver, the bank are aware and the disputes team are going to get on it. I have to wait till tomorrow to see if they deliver (which they wont) then can tell the bank. Nightmare!!

This seems to be the way forward. Filled in the on-line forms which made me feel as if I'm doing something! Will search the web to see if these fraudsters open up another site and report through this blog. Suggest everyone else does the same. I've been told that they open up similar sites once they have been exposed.

Cheers Kevin:j
• I too ordered a Samsung tv for £164, order status said it would be delivered on April 12th - I then received email on April 11th pm asking for identification details for security reasons, tried to cancel but they still ask for identity details. This is one big fraud and they are making a lot of money out of unsuspecting people. They also have an almost identical site called UK Digital Media with exactly the same products and prices but the contact details are different but still false. Please report them to Action Fraud

Any one dealt or know about his site? Paid £68 for 19" Toshiba TV with built in DVD? All the other goods on website are super cheap (yes I know if it's that cheap it's too good to be true!)

Paid through UKASH, but just found out that they are not an authorised dealer, and the voucher has been cashed.

If they are a SCAM site then I have been very stupid, but would like to find out whether anyone else have actually received goods from this company? Hopefully then other people will be warned if so.

My delivery date is the 12th April, so have my fingers crossed!:(:(

Thanks Kevin.

• The website is under maintenance today, wonder why?!!!

You can report it to Action Fraud by phone, easier than online forms:

DO JO BOUTIQUE – THIS IS A FRAUD OPERATION

WHAT TO DO IF YOU HAVE BEEN HAD

Incredibly there is not much help out there for victims of this type of scam. Based on my own experience – you must:
1) Inform Police asap that you have been involved in an online fraud and identity theft scam
2) Complete the Action Fraud report at their website: actionfraud.org.uk – you will be given a case number
3) Notify your bank’s fraud department of the situation – it’s possible you may get your money back if you used a credit or debit card to pay for your UKash voucher
4) Contact the UKash helpline and report the fraud. Tel: 0808 2346244
5) keep any documents and emails for evidence
6) Inform any local agents pertaining to the documents you used that your identity may be compromised
7) Apply for a new passport – send letter with your application explaining why this is needed.
8) Apply for a new driver license if this was used for ID. Send letter explaining the reason, or report as stolen.
9) Contact Google, Yahoo and any other companies that advertise this site.
10) Let as many of your friends and contacts know not to order from dojo boutique.

That is all you can do. Keep an eye on your finances and hope for the best.
