Sorry - I thought I had already said! ( I certainly have on the PAD thread) He is going to be in Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens.

    Hi All

Can’t believe it has been so long since I last updated on my own diary thread (though I have been a regular fixture on the Make a Payment a Day Challenge Thread). Life has been very busy, which is why I haven’t done it for a while. I suppose I had better do a brief summary:

    · Work has been very busy and stressful (same old, same old!).
    · DS is growing like a weed.
    · OH is now fully into the run of Peter Pan.
    · I have been seeing more of OH then I thought I would as he was coming home every weekend while rehearsing and has been home twice since they started performances. I have been down a few times myself – thank goodness for cheapo cheapo train and coach tickets!! :money:
    · I got a free ticket for opening night on 10th June – woohoo! I also managed to get coach tickets for £2 to get there! :money:
    · OH got to meet the POW and his missus last week at the royal gala performance.
    · I am taking DS down to London this weekend to see Peter Pan on Sunday.
    · Avon has been going very well, I am glad to say – some biggie orders aiding the cashflow.
    · I have had 2 £10 payouts now on the free scratchcards.
    · I managed to injure my big toe on Monday (got it caught in the bottom of the other pyjama trouser leg while taking my breakfast and cup of tea upstairs) = much pain, trip to A&E, bandage, lots of pain killers and day off work.
    · I made good use of my enforced idleness on Monday to book my holiday – I have booked a campsite just north of London for 2 weeks in August (so we can be close to OH) and car hire. Luckily, with OH earning a good regular income at the moment, we can afford to do this. :j
    · I am gradually putting some money aside into my ISA to hopefully pay off at least some (if not all) the cost of the holiday – debt prevention is always good!
    · OH has been very good and paying his weekly money to me, in cash, straight into my bank account (today he put 2 weeks worth in – this week’s and next week’s – because next week he has to pay his rent for his bedsit) – is this the start of a new organised OH?! :D
    · Total credit card is now under £20K – I achieved this by 1st June. :j
    · Very soon (by 1st July) I will have achieved another major target – to get my total non-mortgage debt under £30K. :j

I think that is about all the news for now. Hopefully I won’t leave it so long before I update again!

    Bye all!

    Hi All

Not feeling too good today – exhausted, weak and headachy. I had to take a migraine tablet earlier because I could feel one coming on – it has headed it off I think, but now feeling a bit zombiefied. Hope I feel better tomorrow – at the moment the thought of going to London this weekend does not fill me with great joy!

Latest £10 from free scratch cards has hit my account this morning so I have transferred that straight over to my ISA/Holiday Fund.

Just scoffing some lunch at my desk and then I had better get on with some work – tomorrow I shall be mostly invigilating and photocopying exam scripts prior to them going out to markers. What fun!

    Bye all!!

    Hi All

Busy day today (exams) so not much time to update. This evening we need to pack as we will be going to London in the morning.

Tomorrow, we are catching a train at about 8:45am so we should be in London by 11:00am. OH is meeting us and hopefully we will be able to dump our bags at the ‘tent’. Then the plan is to go to the Natural History Museum (which I expect DS will love!). Then we will meet OH between the matinee and evening performance for something to eat, then DS and I will take OH’s keys and head back to OH’s bedsit. Not much planned for Sunday, other than going to see the show in the afternoon!

Better get on – got to head back to the exam venue very shortly!

    Bye all!

    Hi All

We had a busy but enjoyable weekend. Feeling very very tired now! OH came back with us on Sunday evening and went back to London this morning.

Yesterday was payday - woohoo! Tonight I must do my Avon order, plus my Sainsburys shopping is coming. Tomorrow is 1st of the month so it is the day to update the debt figures - which I have now worked out ready to post.

Very very tired and barely able to keep my eyes open this afternoon! Will post more tomorrow!

    Bye!!
