Mouse with left click worked by thumb instead of finger

Is there a mouse available, where you click with your thumb (ie. the mouse left click button is on the side instead of the top)? It's for a friend who has arthritis in her fingers but who has much better control in her thumb.

Most 5 button mice come with software that will let her map the thumb button to be a left click.

There are mice for people with arthritis. We had to get one for somebody at work, not cheap though.

will have to find out where we got it from though.
