Just wondered if anyone has any suggestions for an effective dry foam interior cleaning spray, for use on cloth seats and carpets. Preferably one with built in deodorisers which help give that nice, new car smell.

wow that dead dog smell came out quickly
youve only had the car a day:D
you might be better either getting the car valeted professionally or hiring a machine to do it yourself
cant see what good dry foams would really do because the valet would suck the dirt out (major problem with cars that have the safeguard treatment though because it puts up a barrier to pulling dirt out of the material)
new car smell? mm i prefer fresh pine smell with an undertone of lemon zest

I belong to 2 car clubs and the vast majority of members are either using Triplewax Fabric Cleaner or Autoglym Hi Foam cleaner. Both are excellent products.

It is pretty damned clean inside, and I think it must have been because I farted a couple of times when the missus came out on the first drive with me, and then commented on the strange odour:o
I just want to get it to near showroom condition, and may well go for the fresh pine smell.
What sort of machine would you use? I have always used the Dyson/Vax with the small brush attachments, then a selection of pint brushes for the nooks and crannies.
