This Prize Draw is open to all residents in the UK and ROI aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK, Boots and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected with this promotion.

To enter visit the Max Factor page on boots and answer the competition question correctly to be entered into the Prize Draw.

The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Last date for receipt of entries is 10th May 2012. All entries received by 10th May 2012 will be entered into a Free Prize Draw, and the first entry randomly selected by an independent person will win a trip to Ibiza for 4 nights twin share for 2 people. The winner and their guest must be 18 or over. The prize is based on flights from London. Travel Insurance not included. Winner and guest are responsible for making sure they have valid passports. Ibiza Rocks (or similar) accommodation, room only which includes: Champagne on arrival, 2 tickets to main stage party event at Ibiza Rocks, 2 tickets to super cool DJ boat party, £250 spending money, airport transfers in ibiza, 24 hour emergency service. There will be no airport transfers in the UK.

The prize is as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. No bulk or third party entries accepted. The winner will be notified in writing by 17th May 2012. The major prize winner will be available to see on winners gallery after 20th May 2012. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 7 working days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize winner may be asked to participate in publicity.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.
