Comet - Fridge Repair (or lack of)

:mad: Took a repair plan out with new fridge bought last year - big mistake, it has broken down more than 12 times but they refuse to replace it with new one !!! Engineer has no clue what he is doing or it has major fault ? Think I will take next lot of wasted food and dump it at front doors of Comet (with local press tipped off of course) :rotfl:
