Business techie help needed

Hi i have a query but im not sure who could advise really so i thought this might be the best section for it.

Me and a friend are starting a business up selling a few products. We will have a small amount of stock each and be delivering alone but we are still working togethr.

What we want is some sort of online form/spreadsheet/database where we can both login, and update it with what we have sold, quantities, amounts, mileage etc etc

It obviously needs to be password protected but i think fairly simple for what we need...

Can anybody think or recommend a products or service that we can use to cate for your needs?

Thanks

If it's just a few products, then crete an Excel spreadsheet that's shared and password-protected that will give up-to-date totals of what has been sold.

Thanks mate, thats what we were both thinking.

But how can we get this online?, we need to be able to update it on the fly as soon as we sell something, but the other person needs access to it aswell at the sametime.

+1 for google docs - free, and does exactly what you want from any online computer or Android handset
