I booked a holiday through this company a couple of weeks ago .
My mum then decided she wanted to come, so I booked hers seperatly.
I had the booking comfirmed within 2 hours for my mum but it took 3 days for ours to come through, by then the price of flight had gone up so we had to pay an extra £30!
Anyway, MIL then decides she wouldnt mind coming too, so I went through my booking and added her. That was 8 days ago and they still haven't sorted it as there waiting to hear from their suppliers.
So now Im really worried as we are flying on Monday!
I have sent numerous e-mails and phone calls and they keep saying they will look into it!
The price of the flights has shot up today now, so if they do book today Im going to have to pay about £80 extra which I shouldn't have to pay!
Customer service is shocking. They have now told me their suppliers are not open until Tuesday and asked me why I havent tried booking it seperatly!
