Cheapest decent courier

I intend to send the odd heavy parcel or two - between 5 and 15Kg's every now and then; maybe once every couple of weeks or so.

I am interested in finding the cheapest (decent) courier who will pick up from my home.

thanks, Tony

www.senditquick.com were pretty good when I used them. If you were gonna use them lots you might want to put their logo in your auction and you'll get a discount on the normal price (£9.99 for 48 hour, £10.49 for next day)

Sound pretty good, however there is a limit of £150 on insurance and they seem to exclude a variety of goods - eg I have a computer monitor to send. Just wondered about experiences other people may have with courier companies - all ideas appreciated.
    Thanks, Tony

I have found http://www.interparcel.com/ to be the best but register first and you get 5% (think) off. :j

Staples are good they charge £8 for anything up to 30kgs maximum size is 4 cubic feet per item, and length is 4 feet per item.

They use DHL for their service but you are only insured up to £100. This is for next day delivery.
