Agree... protein is very important to feed the muscles and break down fat. Sustains your energy levels too.

I am currently taking Herbal Life Protein shakes...
    (Formula 3: Whey Protein Powder)

    (Formula 1: Protein Powder)

...its expensive, so was looking for slightly cheaper alternatives...

and H&B do some good protein shakes:

    .......like the 90% Protein Powder

....... and also the (100%) Pure Soya Protein Powder (not shown on their site, has a green label, and ingredients is 100% pure soya protein, nothing else at all).

Creatine at £9.99 for 510g is a bargain too!!! hence why I bought 2. Body Fortress Creatine contains only pure Monohydrate, nothing else.
You do have to work out with weights to see the results (I did a few years ago) ... and aim to start on the weights next week again!

Why didn't you take it back? I once bought some vitamins which were on sale from H & B and it was only after I had been taking it for a week that I realised that I only had another week to take 500 vitamins b/4 its use by date. I took it back and they exchanged it for me apologising.

I always check dates ... on everything all the time!

The Creatine has a Best Before date of September 2009.
