You don't get healthier by taking protein supplements! You get healthier by regular exercise and eating a good diet.

    I've been Money Tipped!
Whey protein is a waste material left over from making cheese, dairys sell it to chocolate manufacturers to add to the choc and other companies to add to food to make it look like there is protein in it and therefor healthy.
    one born every minute...........
  • i used to work for holland and barrett. in the wharehouse i saw a invoice for bottle of creatine concentrate the price we bought it from our sister company in new york. £13.00 but we sold it online and in some gnc shops £79.99. the promotions are every two weeks. we often joked about how much the customer was ripped off when items sold between promotions as the promo price is the real price it should be.
:rotfl: given up on tesco do a lot os boots offers. but weekends are now in orange trackside b. lol

What do you mean real price? Are other shops selling it for what you call the real price?

That's true, but in all fairness, H&B would have gone bust if their prices weren't reasonably competitive. I know I can order elsewhere and get it slightly cheaper and yes, I usually order when H&B have offers on their products.

But H&B are okay in my book! ;)

I think Holland and Barret stuff is great for protein - i was taking the stuff for 2 months and from being a skinny little shabby 11stones chap, i was 15 stones of pure muscles (but its down to weight training at the same time otherwise you'll go fat)
