Gotta get healthier!!0 -
Whey protein is a waste material left over from making cheese, dairys sell it to chocolate manufacturers to add to the choc and other companies to add to food to make it look like there is protein in it and therefor healthy.

i used to work for holland and barrett. in the wharehouse i saw a invoice for bottle of creatine concentrate the price we bought it from our sister company in new york. £13.00 but we sold it online and in some gnc shops £79.99. the promotions are every two weeks. we often joked about how much the customer was ripped off when items sold between promotions as the promo price is the real price it should be.:rotfl: given up on tesco do a lot os boots offers. but weekends are now in orange trackside b. lol
now a race marshal at silverstone.:beer:0 -
What do you mean real price? Are other shops selling it for what you call the real price?TESCO_R+R_RAIDER wrote:i used to work for holland and barrett. in the wharehouse i saw a invoice for bottle of creatine concentrate the price we bought it from our sister company in new york. £13.00 but we sold it online and in some gnc shops £79.99. the promotions are every two weeks. we often joked about how much the customer was ripped off when items sold between promotions as the promo price is the real price it should be.0 -

That's true, but in all fairness, H&B would have gone bust if their prices weren't reasonably competitive. I know I can order elsewhere and get it slightly cheaper and yes, I usually order when H&B have offers on their products.
But H&B are okay in my book!
