Hi I have over £1000 frozen in PayPal account despite over 15 years of positive feedback and over 120 days of no chargebacks or claims for items sold...
They continue to want fees from me and are happy to withdraw these but not let me take money...I can't post on their forums and now finding that when. Try and list items on gumtree the postings are being removed...coincidence???
I've tried FSa, the European courts and small claims court and all siding with PayPal or side stepping the issue, what the hell is going on and what can I do??.. Every time email I get some rubbish back off them...

Difficult to argue with FSA, European courts and Small claims court when you haven't even told us what the dispute is about, isn't it?Spateman40 wrote: »Hi I have over £1000 frozen in PayPal account despite over 15 years of positive feedback and over 120 days of no chargebacks or claims for items sold...

Mind you, us anonymous people on an internet forum might still have problems with that high level arguement anyway.

Their rules state they can keep it for 180 days.
So just 60 to go
What exactly are they charging you for? If your not using it there should be no fees.0 -

As far as i'm aware Gumtree is an eBay company. Have you been suspended from eBay?
What are you selling?
Why have they restricted your account?
What are the fees for? Virtual terminal perhaps?
You've tried the FSA, European Courts and County Court? As in you've filed and attended a hearing? If so and you was found against then maybe tell us why? Although I seriously doubt this is the case, it's unlikely a judge would ignore relevant issues and find in their favour for nothing.
What are you not telling us?0
