Probably still too expensive then. I reckon it's been reduced from totally ridiculous to very expensive. If it's the right price it will sell end of!0 -
There are legitimate quick sale companies out there. However, of course they need a reduction in the asking price in order to do it. You would have to accept 70% of the market value (when valued by a RICS surveyor NOT an estate agent). They can sell in around 8 weeks.
