    Probably still too expensive then. I reckon it's been reduced from totally ridiculous to very expensive. If it's the right price it will sell end of!

    There are legitimate quick sale companies out there. However, of course they need a reduction in the asking price in order to do it. You would have to accept 70% of the market value (when valued by a RICS surveyor NOT an estate agent). They can sell in around 8 weeks.
