can Disabled A.seeker on benefits and DLA buy his flat?

Hello,,
were do i start my situaton is i been in uk 17 yrs now, am disabled i claim income support- DLA both highest rates as im disabled. house benefit and councul tax. all paid on my 2 bed flat central london kings cross. i have 3 kiddies, and girlfriend our income is not to bad about £1900 month. plus freedom pass travel blue badge, nhs im allways in me doctors as im ill.
i have saved deposit of £14,000 out me dla. ( i think i deserves a pat on me back for that) but its not in me account i dont save in banks.
i do send bits of money home to me familey. to help thim out. (yes i have a good heart)
anyhows can i entitled to buy house as a disabled person as i have deposit ready, i could afford mortgage out me dla and child benefit. just a thowt really but is its possible thanks for listning. bye
