1. Open to residents of the UK, CI and IOM aged 18 or over only, excluding employees, and their friends and families, of Sennheiser UK Ltd, its agents and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Opens 12th March 2012 and closes 25th May 2012.
4. You can enter by visiting facebook.com/sennheiseruk – enter your name, address, email address and telephone number, and confirm you are aged 18+.
5. Only one entry per person or email address. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
6. No entries from agents, third parties or organised groups, or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No bulk entries.
7. There is a total of 11 x prizes:
8. 5 x pairs of Labrinth gig tickets. Tickets are for autumn / winter UK tour – exact dates and venues yet to be confirmed. The Promoter will try to offer tickets to gigs close to the winners’ homes. Ages restrictions may apply to your guest based on the concert promoters own terms and conditions. Prizes do not include travel and accommodation.
9. 3 x Labrinth meet-and-greets. These consist of tickets as above, plus also the opportunity to meet Labrinth backstage for the winner and 1 x guest. Prizes do not include travel and accommodation.
10. 3 x signed artwork consisting of a Sennheiser Masters of Sound Lab poster signed by Labrinth.
11. All prizes are as stated and nothing else is included. It is the responsibility of the winner and party to cover other costs, such as spending money and travel. Prizes must be booked via the Promoter. No responsibility can be taken if a prize cannot be taken, and no alternative will be offered. All prizes are non-transferable.
12. Prize draw winners will be selected at random under independent supervision and notified by email or telephone within 3 days of their name being drawn. In the event that the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 28 days of such notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve winner selected at the same time as the original.
13. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available, in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners.
