Endeavour Personal Finance loan with PPI

Hi to everyone.
I hope someone can help me.
I have 2 secured loans with Endeavour Personal Finance which were taken out in approx April 2004 over a repayment period of 15 years.
The main loan was for £12500 this has PPI on at a cost of £2375, bringing this loan total to £14875.
The other loan was for approx £6000, Not sure yet if this has PPI on it.
I have the loan credit agreement for the main loan with a pre-ticked box for PPI, but i cannot find the paperwork for the smaller loan.
I want to try to claim back the PPI payments for these loans i was under the impression that i had to have their PPI to be able to get a loan from them. I am unsure where to start, especially on the address for EPF.
I have downloaded and filled in the questionnaire template form from MSE. I now need to know who to send them to.
I have read on other sites that Endeavour (EPF) might be part of HFC bank.
I must just add that due to payment defaults on both these loans, they are now in the hands of Restons solicitors of Warrington Cheshire.
Would i be able to make claims on both these loans for PPI mis-selling? If so, has anyone an idea on the address i need to forward my claim to?
Sorry if this post is not very clear on my situation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks in advance.

Our Di had PPI with these, she will help you with this as they are no longer in business I believe.
If you win redress then anything you get back will go towards the loans.
As these were secured are they still after you for the loan payments through the solicitor?, if they are then you need to let the solicitor know that you had front loaded PPI on these loans and you were mis sold this.
If you had PPI and could not pay the loans, why did you not claim on the PPI?.0 -

Hi there
Just to make sure on this, I note you said you had 2 loans with EPF, now was the 2nd one a loan advance (I assume it is), then that is correct that you pursue EPF for this (now being dealt with by HFC address/and CEO of HSBC).
Was the first loan set up by EPF as well? If not then whoever brokered that one is the ones you pursue.
Mine was a rather complexed case with them and they were not regulated by the FSA at the time when I taken out the loan, but I finally got there due to the fact that on the application that was completed by the broker (Click Finance) they did NOT add the PPI, but it was added by EPF, I had the details to prove this to them in the end, and they only ended paying out on a goodwill gesture because of the inconvenience they caused in almost 4 years of me trying to come to resolving it. (They previously denied any liability of them adding it) but I was lucky to have still kept the paperwork to prove otherwise.
Anyway, back to your case, give it a go anyway, no harm done.

Remember to get some proof of posting, and keep copies of your reclaim questionnaire.
I see amersall has posted some advice in regards of the other matter.
Good luck. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Hi
My other half and me took out a loan with EPF back in 2001. The ombudsman say they cant act as the PPI was added by the agency (the seller Central Capital trading as Central Trust) and cause the chain with the lender (EPF) the underwriter (now part of HFC bank) was unbroken. Surely there must be a way to get this PPI back!
PS HFC are now part of HSBC. The bank had all the money from this PPI! Think Martin Lewis should speak about this 'other out of reach PPI'.0
