Are you bound to a PPI company?

I have a PPI company dealing with my PPI claim, my bank has made me an offer and the PPI company has advised I should send them all letters in relation to the claim, after signing all the forms am I bound to the PPI company or can you get out of it?

Would you like it if your employer decided at the end of the month not to pay you to do the work they employed you to do?
