1/2 of Lordswood is very rough the other half is quite nice. I would recommend driving around about 9.30-10.00pm on a Friday night and you'll get a feel about which parts are good and which parts arent.

If you're looking at moving to the Medway area, I would recommend Parkwood end of Rainham (area decency for house value).
A bargain is only a bargain if you would have brought it anyway!

I dont know if youve already exchanged but cook close as I said before is in one of the better areas of Lordswood. You sound very unsure. If you have not exchanged and can afford it, this is in a very nice area of Rochester. It is also very central. Asda 5 mins away. Chatham town centre 5 mins drive, railway station 5 mins drive. M2 motorway 5 mins drive. My name ought to be Kirsty.

By the way take no notice of what that person said about the Medway Towns. It is a very good place to live.
The forest would be very silent if no birds sang except for the birds that sang the best
