Wowcher Cupcake Making kit

Just wondered if anybody else bought the cupcake making kit from Gizmo-Biz via wowcher and have had any information.

I put my order in on the 6th March and was told that delivery would be in 7-14days. Still no kit. I was told by Wowcher today that some stock got damaged in transit and I will have my kit by the end of next week! We'll see!

Gizmo-Biz don't anwser the phone or emails, so I definitely won't be buying anything from them again! They also use yodel for their delivery, so I'm not getting the warm and fuzzies over this!

Got a feeling I've lost my £15 :mad:

I am having exactly the same problems as you. I ordered at the begining or March, still no kit. I have been asking for a refund for nearly a month now as I wanted the kit for Easter and do not need it now. I have never heard a word from Gizmo Biz yet I have sent many emails through their contact form so I would agree to avoid this gadget website like the plague. Ocassionally I got response from Wowcher, always a different person on email with different delay stories but now noone replies. The last thing I heard was that I could have a refund but as soon as I replied agreeing to this nothing was sent back. So very angry! This is theft in my book, I have never ever received such bad customer service via online shopping and I will NEVER use Wowcher again. As for my money, I guess I'll never see that again! I will be contacting Trading Standards!

I'm having the same problem too. It's my first experience with Wowcher and a bad experience. I will not be using either of these companies again.

Hi, i've had exactly the same problem, i sent copies of all e-mails between myself and gizmobiz to wowcher and they offered me a full refund and £10 credit to use on any other wowcher offer in the next 3 months. I cannot fault wowcher , they responded immediately and have done everything they can to help me rectify the situation. They have been very honest about the situation. I haven't had the refund yet as i only e-mailed them to confirm that i was happy to accept the money back today so we'll see what happens. I will NEVER deal with Gizmobiz again and have advised all friends and family to steer clear, they have fobbed me off with excuses for 2 months now and i've had enough.

I'm having the same problem but with 5 in 1 iphone/ipad gadget that I bought a voucher for via KGB deals 2 weeks ago. The order was acknowledged by gizmobiz right away but I've heard nothing since. I tried sending them an email earlier today via the link in their confirmation message but it's bounced back to me as 'user unknown.' I've also been trying to access their website but that just shows as 'Forbidden.' I'm going to get back in touch with KGB Deals and request a refund.

Hey all, did anyone actually receive this kit??
I ordered on the 23rd of March, and I still haven't had a refund or received my product! I emailed the company once again today and received a response stating I would not receive an item as they were now out of stock! And that Gizmo-biz would only refund the P&P, for the actual refund I would have to go back to Wowcher (Which I have) and now, unsurprisingly, my emails are going unanswered once again.
First & last time using a voucher site, and as for gizmo-biz, what a joke of a company they are!
