    Thanks burundi, are you an re-upoloster? Do you thing once unpicked the holes should remian visable so i could stich it back up?

    If you are unpicking leather it will be difficult but the holes should remain visible, it's not a woven material so it doesn't have fibres to close together again.

    I'm not an upholsterer, I do have friends who work for Tetrad however. You pick things up ;)
  • This was the top of the range suite we bought costing £1600 and this was in the half price.double discount bla, bla, bla sale
  • 1st - we paid and extra £700 to have them scotchguarded but when they turned up no certificate for the guard. I dont know anyone who would ever pay that much to scotchguard a sofa. In fact i would go as far as saying this is an outright lie and people like you are the reason people like us cant get real problems sorted out!!!

    hi sorry to hear your problems i dont know how they get away with it i have had problems since the day i got a corner unit called zara over 3 grand complained everywhere had them out 8 times fixing things or should i say trying sent a 34 page letter of complaint to finance company they are now saying i have abused it for a year but how can i when ive complained since it was delivered now im refusing to pay getting charges and black listed but nothin else i can do nobody seems to be helping me and dfs getting away with it
