But she is continuing to say that it was not of her making and it was not for her to chase HMRC up.
To me she put her head in the sand in 2008 and to some extent still is doing and blaming everyone around her for the problems that she could have resolved 4 years ago.
I was trying to get her motivated through anger so that she can fight the situation.
She certainly won't get anywhere by telling HMRC that they are useless and that it is all their fault.
If I have wound her up to get to the point of accepting she has cocked up and then getting her to have some spirit and get in involved to fight the !!!!!!s I have done some good.

Before you go, I would like to just add my last pointers to you in particular in response to your posts. Firstly, I do not need motivated I can do that myself. I dont blame anyone - except myself. Why on earth would I tell HMRC that they are useless. They are incommunicative yes and I do blame them in that instant for not informing me of anything. You are very poud to tell me how many problems you sort out in any given day. If you werent aware of them how would you sort them out.....?
I will repeat myself yet once again. I didnt ignore anything, I didnt bury my head in the sand - I just didnt know. Is that now a crime in this country because if you didnt know you are guilty of the not-knowing crime and therefore GUILTY without question on anything from not knowing the time to not knowing what machinations of a government led department is planning to do with you whilst you are in a state of 'not knowing'.
I give up!!
There is only so much that can be offered.
Once again the OP is contradictory in her own statements!!
I fear that she cannot see beyond what she wants to see.0 -

How do you know what I get up to?
And my methods certainly do not include that - complete waste of effort in my opinion!
It's no different to racing round a track being first and just inches from the finishing line, sitting down and having a smoke as everybody passes me by!0 -
When you have a little time - inbetween helping others in matters of the law - and being an all round clever, aware, great kind of guy - please reread my posts and climb down off your very high horse and off your moral highground (which is now atmospheric) and ask yourself - what makes you so freaking fabulous/knowledgeable/important/ and I will answer you - NOTHING.
Incidentally mintoid has a point although your analogy is as stupid as you are.
Troll off and be clever elsewhere....0 -
No-one is suggesting you be punished, people are suggesting you tackel the issue (dont ignore it) and accept that by your inaction you are this point.
D700 -
Oh and yes I am being punished - if you dont get that over my posts then you need to go to Specsavers.0

But you haven't still explained why you contradict yourself in your posts.

Either you do or you don't!
No 'you only want to see the right way forward' if it fits in with how you see things have developed.
Not once have you accepted any form of responsibility for the mess you are in. That would be a start.
I am annoyed with you because you are not and don't seem to want to look at the same problem from the point of view of HMRC.
Only then can you and them come to some sort of amicable compromise.
As a matter of interest - do you believe that you are always right in everything?0 -
Now then, gloves off. May I suggest most politely and courteously that you go and DO ONE so I can carry on fighting this battle.
Why should I look at it from their point of view? Its my asss not theres that on the line here.
I have accepted responsibility as thats exactly what I am doing - taking responsibillity and trying to do something about it.
I dont blame anybody but myself. But if blame has to be apportioned then I feel that the HMRC have some responsibility towards me. They have gone to court, they have deemed me to be guilty therefore the Enforcement notice has been issued. Its taken them four years. And their figures dont add up. Mine do theirs doesnt.
Also your question whether I believe I am right all the time - of course I am Im a woman. And in this case Im right becuase they are wrong.0 -
Wheezy dont get into a slanging match with fogarty, its really not worth it, he thinks he knows everything and will argue black and blue, he is not on this site to help anyone, he is here purely to put people down, wether they be on benefits or disabled, the best think you can do is totally ignore him and listen to those who genuinly have some good advice.not all on benefits are scroungers and don't need to be bullied!0
