My RAC renewal is up at the end of the month. I am covered for -
Roadside
Accident Care
In any car I am travelling in.
The policy price is £72.50 and I have a membership discount of £17.00 making the renewal price £55.50.
Can I get a better deal elsewhere, is it worth me calling them and haggling with them?

"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100

RAC paid for with Tesco Clubcard Points if you shop at Tesco. If you ring them and tell them you're renewing through Tesco they usually extend cover a few weeks as a courtesy.0

I've just cancelled it and gone with the AA as I get it "free" through a value pack at work for £5pm along with some other services which I use and would all cost me more if I paid for them separately.0
