I'm going to take the advice of the silver sockies and buy a silver coin per month from Ebay (no VAT;)) for the next 5 years.
At worst I'll be able to get my palm read at the funfair whenever I want and the puppet master seems convinced I'll be able to buy a nice house for cash at the end of that time.
How do you buy silver bullion from ebay without VAT? New to me, most silver on ebay is the same price as buying new from a dealer and paying VAT.
Any way yes silver will revert to once again 500 ounces worth the same as an average house. Now its around 7000, either property is over valued or silver is undervalued. Or a bit of both.Big deflation your debts are going up against everything else. I would not like to be a property owner with a big mortgage right now, pay off your debts ASAP!0 -

He's going to make a 'fortune' by cornering the Silver market. He must have an awful lot of money invested, we're talking millions!
You lot should be ashamed of yourself, I reckon you're just jealous that you didn't have the foresight to buy silver 10 years ago when it was 1p per ingot.0 -

Or neither. Or there's no inherant ratio of silver to house prices that is 'correct'.
I'm going to do it anyway for a laugh. Trouble is I'm going to have to use earned income to buy rather than benefits:(0 -
