Is any one else feeling hard done by ? this lloyds account costs me £17 per month and for the priviledge i recieve certain benefits , one of those being mobile phone insurance. I had a joint account up to recently which i had two mobile phones insured mine and my sons. I recently became single and the account reverted to my name solely. no change on the account activity as my husband(aswas) did not use the account. Now i am being asked to pay the £4.99 for the additional phone insurance as i am only entitled to one but the fee is the same for the account so i feel that is discrimination, the bank say its policy!! i need more voices to get this policy changed i feel !!

The £17pm gives you more than just mobile phone insurance which most people have on their household insurance policy anyway.

One account holder; one phone seems quite reasonable to me.
