Silverfish problem?

Yes definitely Woodlice, they are not insects but crustaceans....like lobsters etc so they like damp conditions, they dry up otherwise and die.
I had a few silverfish a couple of years ago and they now seem to have gone. I make sure the floors are vacuumed and washed so there is no food for them. Regarding insects in dried food, flour etc, when I buy a new pack, I pop it in the freezer or fridge overnight, this apparently stops any bugs developing if they are there in the first place.
Up to now I have had no problems.0
