Corrupt emails

Hi there, hope somebody can help out, please be warned, i`m not techie minded at all, so please be gentle with me.
I opened my email through webmail this morning and my emails say "an error has occured while opening this email. The email message may have been corrupted", so now I can not open any of my messages. Please could somebody help.

What mail is it?
Was the whole webmail program corrupted? or just an individual email you wanted to open?
have you tried a different browser like chrome or firefox.
If you pay for your mail service might be worth contacting yur provider about the issue?ewwwww what is that...0 -
Hi dsavvy, thanks for the speedy reply. I did try firefox before coming on here, as I read up on something similar happening to someone else, but nothing changed, but tried firefox again after your reply and now seems fine.
